1. Standard Commercial Incoterms 2020

All international wholesale quotations and proforma invoices are issued based on ICC Incoterms 2020:

• FOB (Free on Board): Indian Seaports (Mundra Port, Gujarat or JNPT / Nhava Sheva, Mumbai) and IGI Air Cargo Terminal, New Delhi. Includes inland transport, customs clearance, and export documentation in India.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Delivered to destination seaport with marine insurance coverage of 110% CIF invoice value.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select air-express and courier shipments to USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and UAE.

2. Pricing & Currency Regulations

• All primary export pricing is denominated and settled in United States Dollars ($ USD) or Euros (€ EUR).
• Proforma quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• Discounts apply across our 3 official B2B wholesale volume tiers (50-200 pcs, 201-1000 pcs, 1000+ pcs).

3. Payment Terms & Wire Transfers

• Standard Production Terms: 30% advance deposit upon Purchase Order (PO) confirmation to initiate manufacturing, with remaining 70% balance payable against digital copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and export packing list.
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight accepted for container-load orders exceeding $25,000 USD.
• All remittances must be routed through formal designated corporate bank accounts under the statutory entity FITWIBE SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

4. Quality Control, Lab Testing & Warranty

• Every shipment undergoes a 32-Point Quality Inspection covering sphericity, rebound height, pressure retention, tensile seam strength, and moisture resistance complying with FIFA and ICC tournament specifications.
• We provide pre-dispatch video/photo inspection reports and sample approvals for custom OEM private label orders.
• Full replacement or credit note guaranteed for any validated manufacturing defect reported within 30 days of shipment arrival.

5. Export Customs, Origin & Documentation

Every commercial consignment is accompanied by:

• Statutory Commercial Invoice & Detailed Packing List with Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
• Certificate of Origin (COO) issued by the Chamber of Commerce / Export Promotion Council of India.
• Air Waybill (AWB) or Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L) for clean port customs clearance.
